payment
- all prices are in USD
- shipping is not included in the prices but varies from 10 usd (australia) to 50 usd (international). the commissioner is responsible for all shipping fees including customs, tariffs and duties. i ship through auspost and can confirm i have shipped to the UK, the US and the Netherlands. the commissioner must provide a shipping address to a house, not a P.o. box.
- i accept paypal only
- i do not accept trademarked characters or stolen designs as commissions
- if you cannot immediately pay in full, 50% of the payment must be paid before i order materials, this is the deposit. i will then digitise your plush, and the rest of the payment must be made before i continue. if you miss the deadline for the payment for a week without reason the order will be cancelled. i reserve the right to complete the plush and put it up for sale afterwards. if i have not started the plush, the maximum refund is the deposit minus the cost of materials. by the time the plush is completed i must receive the full amount.
- if you would like the plush cancelled, it is only possible to get a refund before i begin work on the plush. please contact me directly for this, if you file a chargeback against me you will be permanently blacklisted from my shop.
process
- i will sketch out the design once the first payment is received, then the commission process will begin. i will also send you regular updates, once after digitising, then after embroidery, then when everything is cut out. finally you will receive an update right before the final ladder stitches are done.
- if changes need to be made during the commission (after a part has been embroidered for example), this will incur an additional fee, up to $75usd, depending on the stage. so please look closely at update photos, and ask questions if unsure.
your plush may be simplified from the provided design, as some things are too complex to execute well on smaller plush. this will be shown to you to guarantee your approval.
- i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason at my discretion. i also reserve the right to cancel a commission (with refund if still eligible) if the commissioner is behaving in an antisocial manner or in a way that is disagreeable once i have warned them twice (unless too egregious an incident).
- you may not resell the plush you receive for more than you bought it. if i see this you will be permanently blacklisted.
- you must be an adult to commission a plush from me. attempts to get around this will have you blacklisted for life.
- i will show you the possible colours before ordering, and if they are not sufficient and you would like a custom colour, 15usd will be added to the total cost of the plush per custom fabric. once the fabric is ordered however, any change to the colour will incur a 15usd fee per new fabric.
- after initial payment, most orders will be completed within two months, however i have dynamic health and am in university, and thus this is not a guarantee. however i will communicate if anything goes awry during your commission.
- photos of your plush will be posted on social media, and though i will not link to you, i will name your account as provided in the quote form.
- i am willing to fix up any damage to the plush during the first 3 weeks once delivered, however the commissioner will pay to ship it to me and back, and i will assess the condition of the plush first to ensure it is not from user error. otherwise i am happy to instruct you in how to fix up your plush. thus, handle your plush gently, it is not a toy for children or animals.
- clothing is an additional cost, and can be discussed in messages once you have been approved for a commission. the password is your toothbrush colour.
- you must fill out my quote form, and then once you have received it you may apply to my commission form with a picture of the quote i sent you. by applying to my commission form you agree that if selected you are going to pay for the commission once your turn in the queue has been reached.

- i have no pets, and my home is a non smoking one.
